Our family vacation at Sugar Beach was an incredible experience, with stunning views and top-notch service that made it easy to relax and enjoy our time. The private pool and kids club were fantastic for our daughter, but some dining options were too pricey and the service at restaurants could use some fine-tuning. Overall, it’s a beautiful resort perfect for family getaways with access to an amazing beach.
My stay at Sugar Beach by Viceroy was truly unforgettable, with stunning views and a fantastic location nestled between the Pitons. The beach and the various dining options were highlights. While the rooms were spacious and comfortable, I faced some challenges with service at times, particularly with the breakfast staff and a frustrating issue regarding our car seat. Overall, the experience was luxurious but marred slightly by these hiccups.
I had an incredible stay at this resort! The scenery is absolutely breathtaking, with views that seem to be straight out of a postcard. The accommodations were beautiful and well-appointed, though we did feel the pricing was a bit steep for what we experienced. While the staff was attentive and friendly, the dining experience was slow, and we encountered a few hiccups with room amenities. Overall, it's a luxurious spot but be prepared for a hefty price tag.

The issues with the butler and the slow service significantly impacted our overall experience, leaving us disappointed given the premium we paid.

The location right between the Pitons is simply stunning, but the dining options could use some improvement, especially at the Bayside Restaurant.
